About the Journal

Focus and Scope

Farmeconomia. Health Economics and Therapeutic Pathways publishes original research and review articles in pharmacoeconomics and health economics. 

The aim of the journal is to provide content of the highest quality, authority, and accessibility. Particular emphasis is placed on the evaluation of new drugs and pharmacoeconomic models, but the journal also publishes economic analyses of all types of healthcare interventions and health policy initiatives, evaluations of methodologies, and analyses of pricing and reimbursement systems. The readership includes health economists, market access experts, and, more broadly, all those with an interest in pharmacoeconomics, health economics, health policy, and public health.
All content is subject to a double-blind peer-review process and is editorially independent. 
Farmeconomia. Health Economics and Therapeutic Pathways is an open access journal that provides immediate open access to all of its articles (in both HTML and PDF versions).
